“Requested a handicapped room and was not given one. Ended up slipping and falling in the shower. Overall was just ok. Wish the would have payed attention to the request for handicap accessibility.”

“My husband and I specifically made a 3 night reservation at the Kit Carson Lodge over the 4th of July weekend because we were told by an employee over the phone that the room included a microwave and a fridge, plates and cutlery That was not true. We arrived with multiple perishables and cooked food, o find out, upon arrival, that there were neither plates & cutlery NOR a microwave NOR a fridge. That was a very disappointing start of the weekend. Our food had to be kept at room temperature ……

“Great property and staff is very communicative! Easy to check-in/check-out. We were late to check in and had an issue with the lock accessing our keys. We could reach out to them easily, and staff was there to help in 5-7mins. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a group stay. ”

“This was a great little spot. It had a beautiful pool on the hillside, where I took my complimentary coffee and breakfast, and the room was super clean. It must have been remodeled recently, and they did a great job. None of the hallmark bad paint lines or any of that stuff you often see in a budget motel. I'd say it was great for the price, but that makes it sound like it was nice for an inexpensive motel. It was just really nice place.”

“The main issue I had with the room was the jacuzzi tub not functioning. That was the whole reason for us booking that room. The hotel seems to just be an extra thing for the casino, it was difficult to get ahold of any hotel staff as they didnt really have anyone. It was clear they dont check the rooms much before you check in because of that, dust on everything in the closet, and our safe was locked open so I couldn't use it either. The bed was very comfortable though and shower was nice and……
